How long should I wear a posture corrector each day?
Start with 20–30 minutes and build up gradually over a couple of weeks. The goal is to train the muscles that hold you upright, not to rely on the corrector permanently — so most people taper down once the habit sticks.
What is the difference between the CS01 and the FF01?
Both apply the same gentle shoulder-back correction. The CS01 has a moulded central panel for firmer, more structured support; the FF01 uses a softer figure-eight strap layout that sits flatter under fitted clothing. Same price, same size range.
Which size should I order?
Sizing follows chest circumference. Medium fits roughly 71–91 cm, Large 91–110 cm and Extra Large 110–130 cm. Our size guide walks through how to measure. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.
Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes. Both models have a slim profile designed to sit invisibly under a shirt or jacket. Wear a thin base layer underneath for comfort on longer sessions.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry clean — heat degrades the elastic and shortens the life of the straps.
How fast do orders ship?
